Westridge Care Residence
Meet the people who make living at Westridge Care Residence special:
Care Team Lead: Victor Shrinnikoff, RN
Victor completed his Bachelor of Nursing (RN) in 2001. After immigrating to Canada from Australia in 2008, he joined Brewster Healthcare Group for the change and the challenge. His passion for senior care shows in the way he ensures all residents receive the highest possible standard of care. Victor loves his job and it shows. He believes every problem as a challenges rather than an inconvenience. The major focus for Victor is to coordinate, support and implement care throughout all the Brewster Healthcare homes, ensuring there is a high standard across the organization.
Regional Care Manger: Tammya Schwarz
Tammya Schwarz is a registered nurse in the U.S who began her health care career more than 25 years ago. She began as a nursing assistant. Her experience spans from hospital staff R.N. to Director of Nursing in large long term care facilities. She has established, owned and operated two assisted living facilities of her own where she specialized in Alzheimers/ dementia care. She also worked for a time in home health care where she was a wound care specialist and was instrumental in developing wound care protocols and treatments which vastly improved the healing time.Her compassion and caring nature make her an asset to both staff and residents alike.
Director of Human Resources: Nick Melenimis, B.B.A
Nick’s commitment to caring is emphasized among the employees of Brewster Healthcare. Attending to the employee’s needs and supporting our homes with Human Resource tools. His background in the Service Industry collaborates directly with his degree in Human Resources Management, he is our service specialist. Nick is currently working on his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation.
Director of Information Technologies: Brad Johnson
Brad is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology at the Company. He brings a broad range of experience, technical skill and management capabilities to the position. Brad’s duties include supporting corporate administration and operations. In his 11+ years in IT, Brad held positions of increasing responsibility working as an information systems manager, a consultant and a network/system engineer.
